How to shift your reality now

The Human Condition (painting)

When the pain of not doing what you’re meant to be doing becomes so great that you can’t not do it, you do that which you’re called to do.

 –          Arianna Black

There is so much more to this thing called Life – awakening from the Deep Sleep – and realizing that we are beings of incredible love, ability and power; that when we  ‘pop-open’ , we literally change our world .

All of us have the ability to see beyond the veil, to see truth.  And it starts with us; each one of us, as we make peace with ourselves, with all the levels within ourselves.

As above, so below.  The great Hermetic law.

That which is Below corresponds to that which is Above, and that which is Above corresponds to that which is Below, to accomplish the miracle of the One Thing.  (Wikipedia.)

This I, of which I speak, is my human self that interacts with the world.  Our ego often seems diametrically opposed, completely OPPOSITE to our soul.

Have you noticed that inner conflict?  The push/pull?

Do you have feelings of restlessness, as though there is something more?

Are you ready to embrace your soul’s challenge, and if you say, ‘yes’, do you know what the challenge will be?

If so, you may be ready to POP open!

 How many of us said:

“Yes, count me in, I know it will be tough, but I’m up for the challenge.  I’ll do it.  I’ll help shift the consciousness of the world.”

Okay, that’s a big load, but lots of us said ‘yes’.  I did.  Or I should say, my soul did.   My soul put up its (proverbial) hand and said: YES!   (What was I thinking?)

How do I know this?  My entire life speaks to this.  The path of the lightworker.  The role of the communicator.  But making peace, and coming to terms with an identity, barely recognized by the world is tricky. And not for the faint-hearted.  I think that’s where the term:  lion-hearted came into being.  Lions are courageous.

Writers such as Shirley MacLaine wrote that we are God.    While this idea seemed radical to many people at the time, most spiritually minded folks agree that we have that Divine Spark, or consciousness within ourselves, that makes it possible to move beyond the noise of the EGO.

I don’t want this blog to be about religion, so please know if I use the words:  GOD, or Source or Presence, I use these words with the deepest respect as I am writing about my journey to shift my reality, and this is the journey of my soul.   As my soul doesn’t necessarily speak for itself, it is filtered through my human being.

For some years now, I have perceived the energy that just IS.  And within that concept of ISNESS, we move beyond the human identity of the WORLD; beyond our individual problems and issues Life IS.  ISNESS is a great word which sums up the human condition rather nicely, don’t you think?

In our society, we are suffering from massive confusion:  Internally, psychologically, emotionally, psychically.   Confusion or soul loss?

Is it our soul that brings up our issues to the surface for radical review?

When we are confused, we don’t know our own truth.

When we don’t know our own truth, we live unconsciously.  We  don’t fulfill our soul mission and don’t grow.

We just exist, going through the motions like an actor reciting lines from a play that he’s heard once too often.  As with so many things, Shakespeare said it best: ‘struts and frets his hour upon the stage and then is heard no more’.

So on one level that is the human condition:   We’re born.  We live.  We die.  And yet, here we are:  2012:  Awakening to a greater consciousness, learning how to fulfill our soul mission.  Isn’t that what waking up is all about?  Remembering who we are?  Remembering our multi-dimensional, quantum jumping power; no longer afraid of the light, and no longer afraid of the dark.

Yeah, it’s so much easier to explore purpose and let go of what’s not serving than to be pushed into your dharma. That said, purpose can really push ones limits. Some describe a fairly constant tuning for awhile as they approach closer and closer to their purpose, shedding self-illusions as they go.

If God is omnipresent, how can we not be God? However, it’s also true that until we see clearly, we won’t really understand this. It will just be an idea, not our truth.

Some of the confusion can be a conflict between our stories about ourself and our actual purpose. As we explore more deeply and see through the stories and their dramas, the confusion falls away. It is the hero’s journey.

We can all imagine what waking up individualy may be or we may actually have achieved it, but what happens when massive numbers of others do it as well? Dare we assume that it will be a better place, will life be easy, longer, more fulfilling or will it mean simply that the bar has been moved (up) and we continue learning the hard way???

It would be/is easlier. It’s the ‘feminine’ way as women are again leading the way…

Personally, I prefer to strut my hour upon the stage wearing my Hermes scarf. I find that the feminine principle of fashion makes our time here more beautiful. As to the collective making an upward shift towards accepting that life can be gentle and beautiful..if everyone was wearing Hermes scarfs would we be able to appreciate that the world was a prettier place or like the air and the sunshine would we merely see it as unexceptional?
